European type in steel
COD. CTP10: is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 5,2mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The knife holder is preset for mounting on a swallow tail rod with a width of 64mm. Operating pneumatic pressure could reach 5 bar and it is supplied with a flexible hose in extraflex L=500mm 1/8″ speed coupling.
COD. CTP 1/2″: is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 6,35mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The height is 12,7mm. Apart from the blade, CTP 1/2″ is different from CTP10 for a higher operating pneumatic pressure (up to 8 bar).
COD. CTP 15/20: is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 6,35mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The height is 14mm and the alluminum body has a height of 20mm to grant the maximum performance in cutting thick material.
COD. CTP 9: is upon request. It is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 5,2mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The height is 9mm.
COD. CTP 3/8″: is upon request. It is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 5,2mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The height is 9,52mm.
COD. CTP 12:is upon request. It is supplied with a blade in hardened steel 100Cr6, hardness 58 – 59 HRC, thickness 6,35mm, diameter 77mm, cutting edge 60°. The height is 12mm.
European type in stainless steel
COD. CTP INOX 10: is upon request, completely in stainless steel with an height of 10mm for pharma and food industry
COD. CTP INOX 12,7: is upon request, completely in stainless steel with an height of 12,7mm for pharma and food industry
Quick-clamp type
COD. CTP QC: is manufactured in all dimensions, in stainless steel and steel, in order to obtain a quick lock for the dovetail bar.
American type in steel
COD. CTPA 10: thickness 10mm, blade thickness 5,2mm.
COD. CTPA 1/2: thickness 12,7mm, blade thickness 6,35mm.
