In addition to the production of knife holders we are specialized the construction of Mayer bars.
– Mayer bars are used the papermaking industry and allow, depending on the thickness of the wire wrapped, to spread the desired amount of material in a uniform and constant guaranteeing a high precision coating.
– Due to the flexibility of our company we are able to provide any kind of core, from diam. 5 to diam. 50 with various mechanical processes to ensure each type of coupling with the coating systems that customers could ask.
– We provide cores in grinded steel and stainless steel bars (304 or 316); stainless steel wire in 304 from 0.1 mm up to 2.2 mm is always available in our stock, in order to meet quickly all the different needs of each client.
